In Two Seconds...

When you have a two year old you find out just what can happen in as little as two seconds. After getting Mia out of the shower and dressing her I went to go get dressed myself. It got quiet really fast so I went to find out where she was. Apparently she was so excited for the Homemade Zucchini bread that she couldn't wait one more minute....

Yep. It's that good. Good enough to pull down the dishwasher and climb up onto the counter and bite into half of the loaf. Here is my recipe in case you are like me and have a billion zucchinis growing out of your garden and need to make some Chocolate Chip Zucchini bread. Or as I like to call it...Bikini Bread.

  2. Our bishop gave us a huge zucchini like the one in your picture, and I didn't know what to do with half of it! I mean, I love zucchini bread, but we'd have to make a LOT of bread to use all the zucchini up! We ended up making zucchini soup more than once haha

  3. Those pictures are too cute! And the giant zucchini on the counter just adds to the scene--I remember finding almost-forgotten zucchinis in our garden looking that big!

  5. That is the biggest zucchini I have ever seen in my entire life. And I've never had zucchini bread, but clearly it has to be good if she went to all of this trouble. I'll have to try it sometime...
