Dear San Fransisco, I will see in you one week and I cannot wait. Dear Friends, Please give me ALL your tips about places to eat and things that need to be on my MUST do list while in San Fran. Dear Vampire Diaries, I am absolutely dying to watch the season premiere...so glad it is next week! Dear Fall Weather, I love you but you are really starting to get cold in the morning. Went running this morning and froze my butt off. 42 degrees is NOT my favorite. Dear Utes, you did so well in the first half last night but then threw it all away after halftime. Way to go. Dear Hubby & Mia, I am looking forward to just enjoying my weekend with you!

Yay for new TV shows! :)
ReplyDeleteSan Fran? Lucky gal :) I agree, the mornings and evenings are getting a bit too chilly!
ReplyDeleteSan Francisco is amazing!! If you haven't been Ghiradelli's is delicious. But I HIGHLY recommend mapping out your trip. It becomes expensive with traveling the city, it not done correctly.Oh and I;v heard Beard Papa's has amazing desserts.

I am jealous of your trip! I was just there in February for the first time and it was amazing! Definitely try and grab breakfast or brunch at Mama's on Washington Square - it's amazing!
ReplyDeleteSan Fransisco is such a blast! So excited for you!

I just happened to come across your blog and it's perfect timing!
ReplyDeleteNiki is right on! You have to go to Mama's. But get there early because you'll have to wait in line but it'll be worth it!
Just down the street from Mama's is Tony's. Excellent pizza!
If you want a fancy dinner, try Bobo's on Lombard. A bit expensive but it was the best steak I've ever had. I don't eat seafood but my boss said their crab is the best he's ever had.
Mamacita's on Chestnut is a fun place (tapas) in a young/trendy part of town. A16 is just down the street and has good Italian.
Memphis Minnie's on Haight is delicious if you like barbecue.
Suppenküche on Laguna is a neat German restaurant.
If you couldn't tell, I like to eat :o)
Have fun!
Have fun in San Francisco!! I've been a few times but can't think of where I ate. Sorry! And as far as running in the 40's, that does sound chilly! Let's take your weather and my weather and average them out. That would be perfect running weather!
